The Union and West End Cemetery Association has been designated by the Internal Revenue Service Code as a 501(c)(13) non-profit cemetery association. Contributions are tax-deductible as provided by law. Contributions are solicited for the maintenance and operation of the cemetery.
Bequests are also welcome for the permanent Endowment Fund to help assure the future of the Union and West End Cemetery. The Endowment Fund was established in 1999.
With the continued cost of gasoline rising at an astounding rate, the operating budget of the Union and West End Cemetery is being stretched to the limit.
